Househunters

We are looking to move from our current home. Our landlord has listed our house on Rustic Charm Court for sale (and he's willing to take ANYTHING to unload it for anyone interested in buying in this area), and we are moving out as soon as we can find our next home! We are looking in the same area we live in now (Grand Teton between Decatur and Bradley) and also in Summerlin so that we can be closer to Craig's work and save some $$ on gas! (I vote this one! I vote this one!)
Our number one priority, of course, is our kids. We want them both to go to great schools as they are both high achievers! (We're so proud!) Adrianna is currently a freshman in high school, in the honors program and would love to be able to continue to study Italian as her choice foreign language. Carson is... prodigious, and needs a school that can differentiate his curriculum. He is passionate and "naturally gifted" in art as his teacher tells me, and would love to be able to continue to study all mediums of art intensively. Both Adri and Carson are on-board to move, which makes our decision to consider getting closer to Craig's restaurant easier.
We are looking to spend in the neighborhood of $1500-1700/mo. in Summerlin (although less would be AWESOME!) and 1200-1400 in the northwest, have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a loft/ den, or 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Snuggles and Latte (Adri's cat and our dog) are part of the package also, so we need pet-friendly.
